Can I go from someone who does no exercise at all to completing a 10k run in three weeks? Find out in three weeks.
I’ve bought some running shoes, so that’s a good start. Any tips greatly appreciated. I’ve never been in a gym before, and the last organised running I did was in year 8. This could be difficult.
